Reading & Literacy
A love for books that lasts a lifetime
Story time is one of the most sacred parts of our day at Litle Planet. Books take children places they have never been, introduce them to people they have never met, and teach them that the world is wider and more wonderful than they imagined.
We read aloud every day — in English, in Spanish, and sometimes in both. We ask questions, we talk about feelings, and we let children lead the story wherever their imagination takes it. This is how lifelong readers are born.
